You’ve packed up and are ready to move into your new home, but the place you’re leaving behind still needs a thorough cleaning. Moving out can be stressful, and cleaning may be the last thing on your mind.
What we do not clean?
- Spaces under furniture/sofas unreachable by vacuum
- Laundry or fold/hang any clothes, towels, bed sheets
- Windows exterior or walls
- Inside cabinets (including china cabinets)
- Inside closets (will be vacuumed/mopped if empty)
- Any outside areas (only the front/back door)
- Under heavy furniture
- Small items such as toys, books, shoes, etc.
- Dishes (will be placed in dishwasher, not hand-washed)
- Books will not be removed from the shelf

What is the cost of my cleaning?
Please visit our pricing page for hourly and flat rates as well as special package pricing.
Should I tip my cleaner?
Tipping is greatly appreciated and is typically 15-20% of the regular cleaning price. Please leave your tip in cash and clearly labeled in an envelope. We do not accept credit card tips at this time.
What if something in my home gets broken?
If you’re not home, we will leave the item in clear view with a note. The office will then notify you about completing a damage report to have it replaced. This rarely happens, but we’re 100% honest when it does and take full responsibility. The cleaning specialists are not penalized for any mishaps – accidents happen.
